| TERMS – |
Net 30 days on approved credit, or use Visa, MasterCard
or American Express when ordering. Accounts with a balance
over 30 days will be assessed a service charge of 1.5%
per month.

| SHIPPING – |
Orders are shipped F.O.B. our factory in Anaheim, CA.
|
| MINIMUM QUANTITIES – |
Orders for less than the minimum quantities shown
in this catalog are available with a $10.00 handling
charge. Orders for less than minimum quantities cannot
be returned. Quantities of different items can be combined
to reach a minimum order with no handling charge.
Badge holders in colors and printed neck straps are
exceptions. These items are specially made when ordered,
so a minimum quantity of each item is required.

| PRICING – |
Quantities of different stock items placed on the same
order can be combined for quantity price breaks. This
applies to items sent in one shipment on one invoice.

| CUSTOM ITEMS – |
On imprinted or custom orders we reserve the right to
ship plus or minus 5% of the quantity ordered and invoice
accordingly (plus or minus 10% on orders of less than
250 items).

| ARTWORK – |
If camera ready artwork will be submitted via disk or
e-mail instead of paper or film, here are some guidelines:
Disks should be a tiff or EPS file, in IBM
or MacIntosh format, with fonts saved as outlines. Always
include a laser hard copy print out of the artwork.
E-Mail: Artwork created in programs such as
Corel Draw or Adobe Photoshop should be in the bitmap
mode then saved as a tiff of EPS file with fonts saved
as outlines. On other programs such as Adobe Illustrator,
make sure they are saved as an EPS file with fonts saved
as outlines. Do not place your artwork in a document program
unless this particular program allows you to save your
page as an EPS.
After downloading your image, send us a fax with the image
to size, so we can verify that text and images are not
missing and that the artwork transmitted in the correct
size.

| RETURNS – |
Stock items are returnable when less than six months
have passed since the invoice date and the product is
packed unused in its original boxes. For returns due to
errors which are not ours there is a $10.00 per box restocking
fee. Imprinted and custom items as well as items made
in colors cannot be returned. Orders for less than minimum
quantities shown cannot be returned.

| EXPORT SHIPMENTS – |
Terms are payment in advance in U.S. dollars. For wire
transfers, there is a U.S. $25.00 bank clearing fee which
must be included with payment. However, you can waive
this fee if paying by international money order, credit
card or with a check drawn on a U.S. bank.

| ONLINE ORDERS – |
Orders received online generally ship within 48 hours
of receipt (excluding imprinted items). If an item is
out of stock, customers will be notified by one of our
customer service representatives.
